The house is located on a 640 m2 pending plot within the municipality of Vélez Málaga, 20 km east of Málaga. It has little vegetation in the part closest to the street and, however, dominates the views over a wide natural landscape open to the Mediterranean Sea.
A modulated structure organizes the spaces and the façade of the home, thus forming a resulting longitudinal piece within the concrete structural box. This allows the south orientation of all the rooms of the home, illuminated through square openings according to the modulation, thus generating the desired compositional harmony.
