An exploration of materiality within the digital realm. This project begins with the creation of orthotic devices through 3D modeling, subsequently used as filters in virtual or augmented reality. The orthosis-object seeks hybridization with immateriality and the cyborg. The body and the virtual merge in new identity scenes and potential machine-human extension formulas.
The piece speculates on apocalyptic scenarios of human decline, an extinction that will become fossilized and may be discovered by artificialized species after terraforming. Landscapes of unidealized nature transformed into Xenozoopolis. Landscapes more representative than ecosystemic.
